I’m really sorry about the delay with your order. I checked the tracking and saw that USPS hasn’t moved your package since November 8th, which is far longer than it should take. I completely understand your frustration.
To fix this, I’ve sent out a brand-new replacement order with FedEx so it arrives quickly. I also included a free gift of 10 honey sticks as an apology for the inconvenience.
If the original USPS package ever shows up, please feel free to keep it as an extra.
