It is important to but local raw honey for pollen allergies because it works, over 40 years ago my Great Grandmother told me to start taken 1 TB spoon of honey daily starting in the fall. I had allergies so bad that I would end up in the hospital every spring that is when my Great Grandmother got me to using raw honey, I moved to AZ 6 years ago and began using your product to build up my amunity to the local pollen and it works. I also use it for baking, this is a true raw honey and I use it every day.
